Ind. Code § 8-2.1-28-2 – Weigh-in-motion equipment

The department may:

(1) plan;
(2) develop;
(3) install;
(4) maintain;
(5) monitor; and
(6) finance;
electronic weigh-in-motion equipment to facilitate the enforcement of size and weight restrictions under IC 9-20 .
