Ind. Code § 8-2.1-27-5 – "Motor vehicle for the transportation of food"

As used in this chapter, "motor vehicle for the transportation of food" means a motor vehicle that is:

(1) subject to inspection under IC 8-2.1-24 , including under rules prescribed under IC 8-2.1-24 ; and
(2) engaged in the transportation of food.
