Ind. Code § 8-2.1-23-1

Establishment; purpose

The motor carrier regulation fund is established for the purpose of funding:

(1) the administration and enforcement of this article; and
(2) the administration and enforcement of IC 6-6-4.1 and IC 6-8.1-4-4 .
