Ind. Code § 8-2.1-17-9.3
"Limousine"
As added by P.L.70-1990, SEC.1.
"Limousine" means a motor vehicle that:
(1) is a passenger vehicle; and
(2) is designed and constructed to accommodate and transport not more than fifteen (15) passengers, including the driver.
