"Delivery services" means the fulfillment of a delivery request made by a DNC customer through a digital network, including the:

1. (1) pickup of a good; and

2. (2) delivery of the good at the direction of a DNC customer by a DNC driver.

   The term may include a series of deliveries at the direction of different DNC customers.
