Ind. Code § 8-25-1-4
"Eligible county"
As added by P.L.153-2014, SEC.17. Amended by P.L.247-2017, SEC.27.
"Eligible county" means one (1) or more of the following counties:
- (1) Delaware County.
- (2) Hamilton County.
- (3) Hancock County.
- (4) Hendricks County.
- (5) Johnson County.
- (6) Madison County.
- (7) Marion County.
