Ind. Code § 8-25-1-4

"Eligible county"

As added by P.L.153-2014, SEC.17. Amended by P.L.247-2017, SEC.27.

"Eligible county" means one (1) or more of the following counties:

(1) Delaware County.
(2) Hamilton County.
(3) Hancock County.
(4) Hendricks County.
(5) Johnson County.
(6) Madison County.
(7) Marion County.
