Ind. Code § 8-23-8-8
Ingress and egress to and from abutting lands
As added by P.L.18-1990, SEC.217.
A person is not entitled to ingress or egress to, from, or across limited access facilities to or from abutting lands, except at designated access points, as specified by rule.
