Ind. Code § 8-22-3.7-22 – Actions to contest validity of bonds; conditions

Any action to contest the validity of bonds to be issued under this chapter may not be brought after:

(1) fifteen (15) days following the receipt of bids for the bonds, if the bonds are sold at public sale; or
(2) the time limitations set forth in IC 5-1-14-13 .
