- (a) The traffic and motor vehicle laws of Indiana or, if applicable, any local jurisdiction apply to conduct on a qualifying project to the same extent as they apply to conduct on similar projects in Indiana or the local jurisdiction.
- (b) Punishment for infractions and offenses shall be as prescribed by law for conduct occurring on similar projects in Indiana or the local jurisdiction.
