- (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), and notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, funds generated by tolls or any other means from a toll road project that was in existence and in use on or before January 1, 1986, shall be used exclusively for purposes that are authorized and described in this chapter.
- (b) If the authority enters into a public-private agreement with respect to a toll road project under IC 8-15.5 , funds generated by tolls or any other means from that project shall be used as provided in IC 8-15.5 .
