As used in this chapter, "grease interceptor" means an exterior or underground watertight receptacle that is designed to intercept and retain:

1. (1) fats;
2. (2) oils;
3. (3) grease; and

4. (4) food solids;

   from high volume wastewater flows before the wastewater is discharged into a sewer system.
