Ind. Code § 8-1-46.1-2
As used in this chapter, "fats, oils, and grease" or "FOG" means any organic substance derived from animal or vegetable sources that may:
(3) become viscous at ambient temperatures;
and can obstruct, accumulate, or interfere in a wastewater collection or a sewer system.
