As used in this chapter, "IEEE 1366" refers to:

1. (1) the 2022 edition of IEEE 1366, IEEE Guide for Electric Power Distribution Reliability Indices, as adopted by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers; or

2. (2) if the commission adopts a rule under IC 4-22-2 to amend:

   1. (A) the 2022 edition; or

   2. (B) any subsequent edition;

      of IEEE 1366, the version of IEEE 1366 as amended by the commission.
