Ind. Code § 8-1-44-6
"Eligible project site"

As used in this chapter, "eligible project site" means:
- (1) a location in Indiana; or
- (2) the site of a nuclear energy production or generating facility that supplies electricity to Indiana retail customers on July 1, 2011.
