1. (a) As used in this chapter, "charging infrastructure" means:

   1. (1) structures;
   2. (2) machinery;
   3. (3) equipment;
   4. (4) hardware;
   5. (5) software; and

   6. (6) other capital investments;

      installed to support and charge one (1) or more electric vehicles.

2. (b) The term includes Level 2 charging stations, direct-current fast charging stations, and battery exchange stations.
