Ind. Code § 8-1-39-4
"Public utility"
As added by P.L.133-2013, SEC.5.
As used in this chapter, "public utility" means:
- (1) an energy utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2.5-2 );
- (2) a municipally owned utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2-1 (h)); or
- (3) a department of public utilities created by IC 8-1-11.1 .
