Ind. Code § 8-1-32.3-6

"Equipment compound"

As added by P.L.145-2015, SEC.3.

As used in this chapter, "equipment compound" means the area that:

(1) surrounds or is near the base of a wireless support structure; and
(2) encloses wireless facilities.
