Ind. Code § 8-1-30.9-4

"Withdrawal source"

As added by P.L.99-2025, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "withdrawal source" means:

(1) a river, lake, reservoir, spring, or ground water aquifer; or
(2) the connection point with a water utility.
