Ind. Code § 8-1-28-1
"Clean Water Act" defined
As added by P.L.76-1991, SEC.2.
As used in this chapter, "Clean Water Act" refers to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.) and regulations adopted under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.
