Ind. Code § 8-1-1-1

"Commission" defined; references to public service commission

  1. (a) As used in this article, "commission" refers to the Indiana utility regulatory commission.
  2. (b) After June 30, 1987, any reference to the public service commission of Indiana shall be construed as a reference to the commission.
