Employee's permit fee

As added by P.L.204-2001, SEC.43. Amended by P.L.250-2003, SEC.14; P.L.224-2005, SEC.20; P.L.94-2008, SEC.47.

The following license fee is imposed for an employee's permit:

  1. (1) Fifteen dollars ($15) if the permit is used only to perform volunteer service that benefits a nonprofit organization.

  2. (2) Forty-five dollars ($45) if subdivision (1) does not apply.

    The term of a employee's license is three (3) years.
