Ind. Code § 7.1-3-20-31

Carryout sales by certain vendor permittees

As added by P.L.194-2021, SEC.48.
  1. (a) This section applies to the holder of a vendor's permit that owns in whole or in part:

    1. (1) a retailer's permit described in section 30(c) of this chapter; and
    2. (2) one (1) of the following:

      1. (A) A brewer's permit described in IC 7.1-3-2-7 (5).
      2. (B) A farm winery permit described in IC 7.1-3-12-3 .
      3. (C) An artisan distiller's permit described in IC 7.1-3-27 .
  2. (b) The definitions in sections 29 and 30 of this chapter apply to this section.
  3. (c) A holder of a vendor's permit may sell for carryout at the premises for which the retailer's permit was issued:

    1. (1) beer manufactured under the brewer's permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a one-, two-, or three-way retailer's permit;
    2. (2) wine manufactured under the farm winery permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a two- or three-way retailer's permit; or
    3. (3) liquor manufactured under the artisan distiller's permit, if the vendor's permit holder has a three-way retailer's permit.
