Certification of ordinance imposing the tax to the city fiscal officer
As added by P.L.182-2009(ss), SEC.262.
If the city fiscal body adopts an ordinance under section 2 of this chapter, it shall immediately send a certified copy of the ordinance to the city fiscal officer.
