Ind. Code § 6-9-38-12

"Unit"

As added by P.L.214-2005, SEC.47.

As used in this chapter, "unit" means:

  1. (1) a county described in section 1 of this chapter; or
  2. (2) a city or town located in the county described in section 1 of this chapter.
