Ind. Code § 6-7-1-37

Electronic filing of reports and remitting of taxes

As added by P.L.166-2014, SEC.33.

(a) All reports required to be filed under this chapter must be filed in an electronic format prescribed by the department.
(b) All taxes required to be remitted under this chapter must be remitted in an electronic format prescribed by the department.
