1. (b) Additional revenue remaining from a tax imposed under this chapter, after deducting the amounts allocated to public safety purposes and economic development purposes, shall be allocated among the civil taxing units as certified shares.

Sec. 10. (a) This section applies to additional revenue from a tax under this chapter that is allocated for certified shares.
