As used in this chapter, "digital manufacturing equipment" means any production equipment utilized within an integrated computer network system that provides for the onsite manufacturing of a three-dimensional part or product using material that is joined or solidified using multiple layers under computer control pursuant to a computer aided design for rapid or on demand production.
