Effective 1-1-2027.

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "state" means:

1. (1) the state of Indiana;
2. (2) any department of the state of Indiana;
3. (3) any agency of the state of Indiana;
4. (4) any state or local court;
5. (5) the general assembly;
6. (6) any state of Indiana task force, committee, board, commission, or council;
7. (7) any body politic and corporate of the state of Indiana; or
8. (8) any other instrumentality of the state of Indiana.
