Effective 1-1-2027.
- (1) the state of Indiana;
- (2) any department of the state of Indiana;
- (3) any agency of the state of Indiana;
- (4) any state or local court;
- (5) the general assembly;
- (6) any state of Indiana task force, committee, board, commission, or council;
- (7) any body politic and corporate of the state of Indiana; or
- (8) any other instrumentality of the state of Indiana.
Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "state" means:
