- (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), no public agency other than the department of financial institutions may prohibit the operation of a digital asset mining business.
- (b) A public agency may enforce rules or other regulations applicable to a digital asset mining business's location as zoned, in compliance with IC 36-7-4 .
