Public inspection and copying of bids

As added by P.L.128-2014, SEC.1.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a bid is a public record subject to public inspection under IC 5-14-3 .
(b) A bid is not subject to inspection and copying under IC 5-14-3 until a contract has been awarded or the solicitation of bids has been canceled.
