Ind. Code § 5-3-4-2
"Governmental body" defined
As added by P.L.31-1992, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.2-2007, SEC.79.
As used in this chapter, "governmental body" means any of the following:
- (1) A state agency (as defined in IC 4-13-1-1 ).
- (2) The legislative department of state government.
- (3) The judicial department of state government.
- (4) A political subdivision (as defined in IC 36-1-2-13 ).
- (5) A state educational institution.
- (6) An instrumentality of the state that performs essential governmental functions.
- (7) The state lottery commission created by IC 4-30-3-1 .
