Ind. Code § 5-28-7-1

Definitions

As added by P.L.4-2005, SEC.34. Amended by P.L.167-2014, SEC.1.

The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:

  1. (1) "Business" includes an entity that has the objective of supplying a service or an article of trade or commerce.
  2. (2) "School corporation" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-18-2-16 (a).
  3. (3) "Charter school" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-18-2-2.5 .
