The corporation shall submit an annual report to the legislative council before November 1 of each year. The report must be in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6 and must contain the following information for each development authority that received a grant or loan from the fund in the preceding state fiscal year:

1. (1) The name of the development authority.
2. (2) The project for which the grant or loan was awarded to the development authority.
3. (3) The amount of the grant or loan disbursed to the development authority.
