Notwithstanding any other law, loans or leases guaranteed or made by the corporation or the authority under this chapter are legal investments for all insurance companies, trust companies, banks, investment companies, savings banks, executors, trustees and other fiduciaries, and pension or retirement funds, as well as the board for depositories.
