Ind. Code § 5-22-21-7.6 – Donation of surplus computer hardware to educational entities

(a) This section applies to surplus computer hardware that is:
1. (1) not usable by a state agency as determined under section 6 of this chapter; and
2. (2) not sold to an educational entity or political subdivision after being offered for sale.
(b) The department may donate the surplus computer hardware to an educational entity or a school corporation (as defined by IC 36-1-2-17 ) or nonpublic schools (as defined in IC 20-18-2-12 ).
