1. (a) The authority shall establish the microenterprise partnership program to provide grants to microloan delivery organizations.
2. (b) A grant provided under subsection (a) may not exceed twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).
3. (c) A microloan delivery organization receiving a grant under this section must use the grant for the purposes set forth in this chapter.
