Programs

As added by P.L.16-2009, SEC.11.

Project IMPACT may provide the following programs:

  1. (1) A juvenile diversion program that consists of:

    1. (A) individual and family counseling;
    2. (B) personal development workshops;
    3. (C) referral assistance; and
    4. (D) case management.
  2. (2) A school dropout prevention program that consists of:

    1. (A) counseling and referrals;
    2. (B) tutoring and mentoring;
    3. (C) family forums; and
    4. (D) career education.
  3. (3) A job training and placement program that consists of:

    1. (A) career planning;
    2. (B) job readiness training;
    3. (C) internships; and
    4. (D) job placement services.
  4. (4) A parent education program that consists of:

    1. (A) teaching parenting skills;
    2. (B) child and adolescent development;
    3. (C) behavior modification;
    4. (D) parental involvement;
    5. (E) a fatherhood program; and
    6. (F) a teen parent program.
  5. (5) Family spirituality counseling to include mentoring and follow-up services sustained through the faith community.
