Refund of award overpayments

As added by P.L.47-1993, SEC.2.

If:

  1. (1) an award is made under this chapter; and

  2. (2) the claimant receives a sum required to be deducted under section 32 of this chapter;

    the claimant shall refund to the state the amount of overpayment.
