Forfeit of awards for failure of claimants to cooperate with law enforcement officials
As added by P.L.47-1993, SEC.2.
A claimant who fails to fully cooperate with law enforcement personnel in the investigation, apprehension, and prosecution of the offender after an award is paid forfeits the award.
