Ind. Code § 5-2-18.2-2.2 – "Postsecondary educational institution"

As used in this chapter, "postsecondary educational institution" refers to any state educational institution (as defined in IC 21-7-13-32 ) or private postsecondary educational institution that receives state or federal funds.
