Ind. Code § 5-2-18.2-11 – Immigration and Customs Enforcement; training

The department of correction shall, in consultation with the attorney general, identify options for training concerning:

(1) cooperation between county jails and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement; and
(2) procedures for the implementation of section 9 of this chapter.
