Reporting of methamphetamine abuse
As added by P.L.151-2006, SEC.3. Amended by P.L.76-2016, SEC.2.
A law enforcement agency that discovers evidence of:
- (1) methamphetamine abuse; or
(2) a fire related to methamphetamine abuse;
shall report the methamphetamine abuse to the criminal justice institute on a form and in the manner prescribed by guidelines adopted by the criminal justice institute under IC 5-2-6-18 .
