As used in this chapter, "methamphetamine abuse" means the:

1. (1) use;
2. (2) sale;
3. (3) manufacture or attempt to manufacture;
4. (4) transport; or

5. (5) delivery;

   of methamphetamine or of a methamphetamine precursor, if the precursor is being used, sold, manufactured, transported, delivered, or processed to facilitate the manufacture of methamphetamine.
