Administration of fund
As added by P.L.260-1997(ss), SEC.46.
The Indiana criminal justice institute established under IC 5-2-6 shall administer the fund. Costs of administering the fund:
- (1) shall be paid from money in the fund; and
- (2) may not exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) during any year.
