EEDMA program established; administered by the criminal justice institute

As added by P.L.213-2015, SEC.58.
  1. (a) The enhanced enforcement drug mitigation area pilot program is established for the purpose of providing multijurisdictional cooperation concerning drug enforcement and interdiction in Indiana.
  2. (b) The institute shall administer the EEDMA program.
