Negotiability of bonds and notes
As added by P.L.42-1985, SEC.1.
The bonds and notes of the bank are negotiable instruments for all purposes of the Uniform Commercial Code ( IC 26-1 ), subject only to the provisions of the bonds and notes for registration.
