County commissioner approval; presuppose and include approval by county council; voting requirements for valid lease
As added by P.L.189-2018, SEC.25.
- (a) For purposes of this chapter, county commissioner action or approval for the appropriation and expenditure of county tax money shall presuppose and include approval by the county council.
- (b) A lease entered into by the board of county commissioners with the authority is valid or binding upon the county only if the lease is approved by a majority vote of the county council.
