"Clean Water Act"

"Clean Water Act" refers to:
- (1) 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq., and laws supplemental and ancillary to 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; and
- (2) regulations adopted under 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq., and laws supplemental and ancillary to these regulations.
